Job Role:

Customer Support: Call Center, General-Other: Customer Support-Client Care

Job Description:

  • Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures.
  • Ensure that the quality of the calls are in compliance with pre defined parameters.
  • Provide the relevant process reports on a daily basis. 
  • The candidate academics should be HSC/Diploma pass or above.
  • The candidate should have manageable English skill eg: can able to read and write in English & fluent in Malayalam
  • Male candidates can able to work in rotational basis, General and evening shift 6am-3pm, 1pm – 10pm, 2pm – 11pm, 3pm – 12am, 4pm – 1am & Female candidates there is no night shift but if needed they have to come for evening shit timing 1pm to 10pm & 2pm to 11pm. We do provide door step drop for both male & female employees after 10pm log out provided within 20 kms radius.
  • Job Location : Kalamassery

Job Requirements:

  • There will be two rounds of interview conducted, first round will be HR interview and next round of interview is Ops round & psychometric test.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be under training period of 20 to 25 days and only stipend of 1400 will be paid during training period
  • Post certification employee salary will be 9000 Gross & net take home as 7458.
